Fall is the perfect time to spend an afternoon at Camp Hantesa's Herman's Ranch. You will travel by van to Camp Hantesa, located south of Boone. At the Ranch, you will learn how to groom, saddle and care for a horse. While on the horse, you will participate in ring activities and games that teach riding skills. Come for one session or more than one, each time you saddle up, you will learn more about handling and caring for a horse.

Mom/Youth overnights are the perfect way for moms and thei school aged children to spend some quality time together away from the normal distractions of home. Spend the night in a heated cabin, eat homemade meals and enjoy an evening of activities. Activities may include: crafts, skits, songs, hikes, and a campfire. This is a special time for moms and kids to interact and have fun together.
